Finally, it is refreshing to hear such existential conjecture.. I often feel like I am the only one who views existence/creation/religion/ph
ilosophy in this way.. but you sir, have earned another subscriber. Keep the videos coming, you have a keen mind :) -
And for the record, I am not religious. I was an atheist for most of my life but have recently looked at things in a different way. Call it an epiphany, or whatever, but it really changed my outlook on existence, and the purpose of life. We are all just parts of the unfolding system of creation. Our purpose is to enrich life and the lives of those around us, so we continue the chain of evolution into the eons. Our appearance on Earth was not divine, it was just cause and effect.

I believe creation and evolution go hand in hand. Why do they need to be at cross-purpose? Why does the belief in evolution have to mean that a belief in an ultimate creator or "creation event" is unnecessary? Why must we "do without the concept of God"? Could not evolution, and the advancement of the many forms of existence be an intended outcome of the intention of whatever created our universe? "God" has been humanized far too much.. "God" is not a being, it is everything that exists.

Fields affecting Fields.... Simple. that is it

I agree with you that life's a mystery, these questions are simple enough to understand that what really matters is the moment we are in right here right now....

cool man... keep em coming, that was great!
The analogy of the car - of knowing where it came from - and where we come from - is somewhat humorously opposed to his idea that we can do without the concept of "god." Someone made that car, genius.

@rideatrek Just as we know the processes involved in making a car, so to do we know the processes that make a human and cause it to think and form ideas about self and place. Knowing how the process works either replaces God, or defines the way God works. Evolution is the way creation/God works. It is important to become familiar with the big issues rather than relying on a specialist to tell us what to think
