Maybe just the collective British coming-to-senses of how to this, the so called "Battle for Britain" was insignificant in retrospect..

One thing this video failed to mention, was how on Dec 5. The red army launched it's first major counter offensive along a 600 mile front, giving the germans it's first defeat. Troops were brought from siberia, they were very tough, also many had fought the japanese in 1939 so they were combat ready. The fact that the russians were able to move most of their factories away from the front, meant that the war was lost for germany, the first year in russia cost the wehrmacht 800,000 casualties.
