700$ for what....brain operation ???

The damage cost comes from the impact material, brackets, and sensors for the air bag system under the bumper cover. This impact is cheap compared to alot of cars which would crumple up the bumper, lights, and trunk lids in cheaper car. I have a '07 GLS and took a 8 mph impact. Took 4 days to repair and $860 to fix. The impact rating on these cars are good. Check Consumer Reports. Damn good car, good quality, and safe.

Opssss i saw d rope ,,,lol

@AANate007 no collapsable frame system should be collapsing in a 5 mph crash. The bumper cover is well made. The actual bumper itself is under the cover. You can see it.

This is an amazing result. Minimum payment fix.
It must be $700 to replace that metal bar, the car is fine! Actually looks better now!
