When somebody hasn't got the original raspy voice that Dylan has he shouldn't try to imitate it. This song could be sung with a much more natural voice.

i'm thinking pretty heavy about buying one of the mowing club cds... is the music more like the melle acoustic stuff or is it all full band stuff?

First of all thanks for the compliment. And about the CD's; all CD's are with the band. On the last CD (called John Dear Mowing Club) are a few solo-songs. I'm sure that when you look around the net you'll find some examples so you can decide. If you want a Smutfish-cd (same musicians, different name) I recommend the first CD, called Lawnmowermind.
