The Weird Al Show - AL TV 11

After answering viewer mail, Al gets a message saying he's been nominated for the Best TV Show Award. Soon after the Guy Boarded Up In The Wall asks him to turn on the TV so he can watch Fred Huggins. After watching a little of that, Al decides to channel surf a bit, and finds Uncle Ralphie a little too confident that he'll win that award.

Wikipedia says it's "Eddie Deezen". It lists more than a dozen things he's been in, many of them popular, but it says that his most familiar role was as "Mandark" on Dexter's Laboratory. Ever watch that show?
