A Frenchman would say the English only won because of the Prussians probably. Or that the Bows were made from Dutch wood or that The English ate Welsh lamb. There nearly as bad as Pakis

Well, man, this wasn't just a teenage girl. Calling Joan of Arc a simple girl is like a slap to the face to the French, and an even bigger one to the English who lost.

She didn't command the strategy, or even engage in combat. She instead encouraged the French men, who fought harder, believing god was on their side.

Uh, you're wrong. I have read almost 10 different books with this battle, and it was explained almost like the kind who filmed the video did. Where do you get your facts?

PS. I've never read a book with the battle of Crecy described this way.

very good,i like it. But the crossbowmen you mention were genoese mercenaries, who the french knights thought were cowards for retreating, so they ran them down.basically because a dead mercenary does not need to be paid.
