All developed countries have UHC that covers 100%. ALL THESE SYSTEMS ARE ALMOST TWICE AS CHEAP! Nobody pay as much (per capita) as much as americans do. And the 700 million people (most have UHC) live longer than Americans.
So if you'd have two products one cost 10 dollars for 85% coverage and the other 5 dollars for 100% . One of these systems doesn't make any sense in it's the one Gingrich has defended for years.
