Remember the line from movie ( Cool Hand Luke) deader than hell captain but won't let go. After shooting and killing a Snapping Turtle the Turtle would not release it's grip from stick. Sometimes I find these negative thoughts almost that stubborn. Thanks for sharing Burt

Thank you for your quote. The stubborn attachment to the very thing we want to get rid of is the ego's contradiction. This is where we have to be true to ourselves, "Do we really want to release?" If so, healing is certain.
