2 (20-ounce) cans crushed pineapple, chilled
1 (1.34-ounce) packet sugar-free French vanilla pudding mix
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 cup fat-free dessert whipped topping,
Instructions
Open and drain the juice from the cans of pineapple into a medium-size serving bowl. Be sure to squeeze as much juice out as possible. You will get approximately 1 cup of juice from each can. Leave the pineapple in the can; set aside.
Whisk the pudding mix into the juice until thick and creamy.
Add the reserved pineapple, walnuts, and whipped topping to the pudding mixture. Stir until well blended.
If desired, sprinkle with additional chopped nuts.
