Duh - the spending in his district has gone up because that is his job for his state. Dr. Paul says the Fed government should not spend the money - he agrees that each state can and should get what they can - the guy in the video just does not understand the difference

The money has already been appropriated and will be spent regardless. What Ron Paul does is that he accepts it in order to give tax players in his district their money back.

Glenn Beck completely ignores the use of earmarks to reclaim the money of the taxpayers in the district and limiting the power of the Executive Branch to send that money where it sees fit. With the Obama administration this means keeping Obama from giving more taxpayer money to his campaign bundlers/chronies in the form of payback.

That Mr. Beck, is exactly how you justify it. There is nothing dishonest about how Dr. Paul works; for shame Glenn, for shame.

Stats are deceiving; maybe all that coastline, illegal immigration, etc. require more maintenance and money. If he beocmes Pres., I believe he will change the game, so it doesn't matter what game he is playing now. He has a long-standing record of staying true to his word, and seems to be a trustworthy politician (if ever there was one).
