3. Couplets : Votre toast, je peux vous le rendre : SONG OF BULLFIGHTER

Escamillo
Votre toast, je peux vous le rendre,
señors, señors, car avec les soldats
oui, les toreros peuvent s'entendre;
pour plaisirs, pour plaisirs, ils ont les combats!

Le cirque est plein, c'est jour de fête!
Le cirque est plein du haut en bas;

allons! allons! ah!

Toréador, en garde!
Toréador! Toréador!
Et songe bien, oui, songe en combattant
qu'un oeil noir te regarde
et que l'amour t'attend,
Toréador, l'amour, l'amour t'attend!

Tous
Toréador, en garde!
Toréador! Toréador!

Escamillo
Et songe bien, oui, songe en combattant,
qu'un oeil noir te regarde
et que l'amour t'attend,
Toréador, l'amour, l'amour t'attend!

Frasquita
L'amour!

Escamillo
L'amour!

Mercédès
L'amour!

Escamillo
L'amour!

Mercédès
L'amour!

Escamillo
L'amour!

Tous
Toréador! Toréador!
L'amour t'attend!

  • Le talent Français!

  • Excellent: car l'opéra est international! Bravo !!

  • 2:06 !!

  • it's excellent considering it's a bunch of korean and chinese people performing.

  • so so...

  • Yhapp (Banya) was here...

  • I noticed that as well. The first and second verses are combined (would normally have been "apostrophes, cris et tapage" from verse 1 but went into "en secouant ..." from verse 2), and only one chorus is sung vs. 2.

Not sure why they did it that way, but it appears to have been intentional, as the orchestra was right there with them at the end.

  • @1codcod : nobody is perfect, you know. LoL

  • an Asian that is an Spainish man in the Opera, and who write the opera was french... haha interesting.
