Trevor's Spanish Movie for Young Children: El Niño Ñoño

Hey guys! I finally have a new video up here after a few months of nothingness =) Two weeks ago we were asked to make a children's story in Spanish. Obviously I decided to do a video instead. It is full with inside jokes, but hopefully you will still find it somewhat amusing. Normally I wouldn't post a video with so many inside jokes, but I was forced to put this on youtube by my spanish teacher and the rest of the class.

Some of these inside jokes include the words ñoño (by far the most fun word to say in the spanish language), electroencefalografista (the longest word in the spanish dictionary), breaking piñatas, peanut butter, and tuna (random words in our vocabulary list), and, of course, Sr. Camacho (an extremely awesome character in one of the many educational spanish videos we were forced to watch in class.)

Al inicio debe decirse: "Había una vez un niño llamado Trevor" o "Había una vez un niño que se llamaba Trevor".

Personalmente, pronunciaría Trévor (with the first syllable stressed). La tilde en la "e" me indicaría que se pronuncia así.

En 2:03, debería decirse: "La galleta hizo que el niño ya no sea ñoño" (the cookie made the boy non whiney anymore). Entiendo que es difícil porque se usa el subjuntivo.

Por último, me gustó ver nuevamente un video tuyo.

Thank you so much for your feedback! It's is great to have someone like you correcting my videos in a positive manner. I made this video for my Spanish 2 class, and we hadn't learned subjunctive yet haha...so it was difficult to say some of those phrases. Next year I'll be in Spanish 3 so I hope my spanish speaking skills will continue to improve. Thanks for the comments! I appreciate it!

I had to make time to create this video as it was a project I had to make for my spanish class. You may say my videos are retarded, but for some reason you watched the entire video and even left a comment. A bit contradictory hm? But whatever...while I may be wasting my time making videos, you sit at home critiquing movies made by people you don't even know. At least people enjoy the outcome of my "wasted time". You might need a translator to read my comment. I highly doubt you're bilingual

Veo que usas algunas palabras que corresponden al español de México como cacahuate (en Sudamérica se usa más la palabra maní).

No entiendo lo que el narrador dice en 0:21-0:23.

En 0:24, se escucha: "Él tenía un defecto malo" (se supone que todo defecto es malo), creo que basta con decir "defecto" o se podría haber dicho "un gran defecto".

En 0:44, debe decirse: "A nadie le gustaba el niño".
