I made this little tutorial on how to make an annoying application in Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition.

Sorry I didn't put music in the video, listen to your own while watching :).

    Put a Timer put the timer at interval 20 and put the code msgbox("text")

    Make sure U make th form start the timer when it opens

    Timer.Start()
