Here's a 2005 Gibson Les Paul Supreme played through my Fender Super Sonic amp with an Avatar 2x12 extension cab. All 3 speakers are 12" Hellatone 30's. The guitar was plugged straight into the amp and there are no effects used at all besides the built in tube gain/ditortion...not even reverb. Any differences in sound are from either the controls on the guitar, or my dynamics in playing...or possibly from standing in front of the camera and blocking the speakers sound from getting directly to the built in camcorder microphone. This guitar features a chambered Mahogany body between an Arched (AAAA grade Flamed) Maple top and back...Mahogany neck and Ebony fingerboard round it out and it is extremely dressed up...inlays, binding, gold hardware...and it sounds better than it looks! It plays great, sustains forever, is incredibly resonant with very controllable feedback characteristics...I had my amp cranked...it was shaking almost everything in the house! I'll be putting this up for sale on eBay very soon. Thanks for watching and feel free to comment and correspond.

  • I couldn't find out whether this guitar is made in the custom shop or not? can someone help me out?

  • @Trv3GuY It didn't have the logo or seal but I'm pretty sure they were made in the custom/historic/artistic shop...I believe there is a video here on YouTube about the making of these...it was very good and informative...

  • it is chinese

  • @volaverunt0pus666 That's just one of the differences between you and me...I can tell and you can't...there is absolutely no doubt here that this was made at the Gibson USA plant.

  • @greengtrs jajaja yes,, say what you whant...

  • @volaverunt0pus666 It's easy to confirm if it is indeed real or a Chinese copy...call Gibson... 1 800 4 Gibson...they have customer service people standing by to help you (serious)! Even though I had 15 years of working at (literally) the biggest Gibson dealers in the world (I'll gamble that's more than you've been alive) worth of selling experience, I called them just so I could be 100% sure. I don't really care where a guitar is made or what name it says on it as long as it's a good guitar...

  • @greengtrs Ah, allright, thanks :)

  • You know why greengtrs demos are always great? Because he shuts up and lets the guitar do the talkin' !! Unlike 90% of the stupid "professional" demos on YouTube where the "experts" suck in air for 9 minutes and play the most beautiful guitar you've seen for 10 secs....

  • @wretcheddog It's a globe you twat....

  • Just a beautiful guitar. In both looks and it's sound.
