@kojin54321 Thanks! Lol...

@kojin54321 Zak, I know your videos have probably helped inform a lot of people, maybe even changed their lives... but I can't help but be drowned and torn asunder by the masses of stupid ass people who will never understand you or I.
-
@kojin54321 thinking it's going to cure them. And to top it all off, most of these friends of mine are only in their early 20's and they either have kids, or are about to have one. I sometimes look at them and can't help but feel pity them. I mean, I used to try to suggest healthier choices, but they "can't afford it", or "it tastes like shit", or "qigong looks retarded", or they just don't want to. They all think I'm a fucking freak for my life style, and so...we are worlds apart.

I love you. I love this video. It explains everything I already know that I wish I could tell people, but I'm just too lazy. And Personally for myself, I choose to spend roughly $700 a month on the best food and supplements I'm aware of. I have so many friends who barely make enough money to support themselves because of their laziness, and so all they can afford to eat is pizza and beer. And most of them have health issues, thus, because of their ignorance...they take prescription meds.....

What about enzymes? Are those killed when you cook leaves and seeds?
I feel like raw kale gives me more of a boost than cooked kale, although I can't see how I could really digest such thick leaves.
Raw seeds make me sick for some reason but I feel fine after eating cooked seeds.
Great Video. Thanks.
Was wondering your thoughts on making Kefir milk.
I can't get raw milk in my state so I get organic skim milk that is pasteurized. Than I add the Kefir starter. Is this a good thing?
Thanks

@postitivehealthylife I don't recommend skim milk nor homogenized milk. Virtually all pasteurized milk is homogenized and pasteurization in and of itself is pretty terrible. To learn everything I have to say about raw milk watch this video: /watch?v=huk6RN-FyQc

60-70 million years? Homo is the genus that includes modern humans and species closely related to them. The genus is estimated to be about 2.3 to 2.4 million years old.

@foolsrushin87 Yep, but I'm referring to our ancestors tracing back 70 million years to when we were tree climbing lemur-like creatures. That's as far as I've looked and along the entire evolutionary pathway since then we've ALWAYS had a significant portion of our calories coming from animal foods. The range is about 5% of calories all the way up to 99% of our calories depending on the period.
