It would have been cool if this was ported over to the DS. I would have liked to have tried out this series. It's a shame RPGs weren't popular enough back in the days to try porting over some other titles. I like FF but I would have liked to see other games of this nature.

I would have already been reviving characters if this was the remake.

@yuukisama2001 Same here. All of SQUARE ENIX's games from 1987-1996 were awesome (Except for Super Mario RPG). That is why I call that time period The Golden Age of Square Enix.

I actually own the cart and finished this game with Hawk and Barbara back in the day (like almost 15 years+ ago)

Got to Saruin by going through the "altar in the plain" entrance route at the end (not through the entrance near Albert's castle).

I don't know a lick of Japanese. I was even able to get into some of the secret areas with the giants' village and the Isle of Evil.

Good times. Loved the game so much.

@Mewseeker It's the same as phantom warrior, except it also allows you to attack twice and it only lasts one hit.
