Rayne captive

i have a skin that looks like bloodrayne for Victoria 3... and i have a stasus tank...
well, some of you... actually, most of you will have no idea who the dude with the mechanical arm and creepy eye is. i'd like to introduce 'Dr. Eddory'. mad scientist and all-powerful master of his labs. Rayne tried to get in and stop him testing on vampires... well, i think we all know how this went...
really proud with the movement of the camera and apparent expression... but it'll be a while before i can get the hair to move right... just time
