From the Executive Producer of The Proud Family, Wendy Wu: Princess Warrior and Moesha comes Da Jammies, a 3D animated musical sitcom that follows the lives of five diverse "tweens from the suburbs" who attend a performing arts middle school. Novelist, Dolla, MoMo, Seven and LaLa study singing, dancing and music in hopes of one day achieving their dreams of super stardom - and learn big life lessons along the way. Bringing a fresh new approach to family programming, Da Jammies features hip-hop dance, music and fashion never before seen in animation. Da Jammies tackles the sometimes difficult lessons of growing up today and never loses its fun, engaging approach.

The Cast of Da Jammies

NOVELIST, Rapper (Co-Leader of Da Jammies) - Aulsondro "Novelist" Hamilton

Novelist is the glue that keeps Da Jammies together. He has a positive "let's all get along" attitude that helps keeps the ecccentric personalities of his Jammies crew in check, especially his hot tempered best friend, Dolla. Novelist is a talented rapper, who writes nothing but postitive rhymes in the style of his musical hero, Jay Z.

DOLLA, Rapper/Break Dancer (Co-Leader of Da Jammies) - William "Dolla" Chapman, II

Dolla is the passion fo Da Jammies. A Fiery rapper/break dancer, he has an equally fiery temper, which his best freind, Novelist, has to constantly remind him to keep in check. Never one to back down from a challenge, Dolla always pushes Da Jammies to go beyond whatever obstacle that may be in their way. His musical hero is Usher.

MOMO, Spoken Word Artist/Singer - Alisa Reyes

Momo is a "new Age" free spirit spoken word artist slash vegetarian. She is always encouraging her Jammies band mates to get in touch with their spiritual side and to "balance your chakras and relax." Her creative heroes are Nikki Giovanni, Nina Simone and Tracey Chapman.

LALA, Diva/singer - Dani Nicolett

Lala is a supremely talented singer in the vein of a young Brandy or Riahanna. She is also a supremely confident young lady in the vein of.... T.O. She is fond of saying "I Love me some me." However there is one thing that she loves more than herself and that's Da Jammies. A born glamor girl, Lala gives Da Jammies their swagger and their style.

SEVEN, Singer - A. "Pittboss" Johnson

Seven, fondly known as the "asthmatic soul singer" reminds people of a young Freddie Jackson or Rubin Studdard, both of whom are his musical idols. Seven is the heart of Da Jammies, who has an uncontrollable love of food and an equally uncontrollable fondness for his Jammies band mate, Lala.

EINNY, Genius - Shane Tsurugi

Einny is the mad genius that can build or create whatever Da Jammies need to realize their musical dreams. In his lab, he has access to all present and future technologies, imagined or unimagined. In his spare time, he is a consultant to the Pentagon for national defense.
