It's for anyone that can do it. I don't know your skill level but I'd suggest to go to a smaller park if you're not that great.

Start at small jumps, get bigger and bigger. Always go as fast as you can, you want to hit the landing...if you land on flat ground or the knuckle it will suck so much more than if you go big and fall on the landing.

start big and get bigger and bigger go for the same jump alot then step up to a bigger one and do the same always pop off a jump too and have lots of spped and tuck
