Pet Dove Playing Peek-A-Boo in the Mirror

He occasionally does this. He makes this funny laughing sound then plays peek-a-boo with himself in the mirror. He thinks he sees another bird but isn't smart enough to realize it's himself! Birdbrain....lol.

I just rescued a pet dove from my backyard, found out its only 2 days old. Im handfeeding it now. Im hoping to rescue him!

There's a lesson to be learned here... When you play peek-a-boo with yourself in the mirror, ALWAYS bow to yourself when you find yourself.... Or something like that.

Kinda funny that he's trying to court himself in the mirror. I can hear him saying, "Oh my goodness gracious, that is a fine feathered fellow there."

(Anyone know of City Face from Gunnerkrigg Court? That's what I was referencing with the dove's 'quote.')

My dove does that too in my room but not the mating call, she jus likes singing to the mirror and sitting next to it
