totally agree with everything and u seem to know ur shit about hookah so i had a couple questions: i sometimes feel kinda sick after smoking a bowl, especially when i smoke it alone. and i almost always get a dull headache after smoking. would this be caused by cheap shisha (usually layalina or rosetta brand)? or maybe cuz my hookah is very small (about 16" tall). i wanna buy a new NICE hookah later on and i wanna know if wha kind i buy could help counter-act the sickness and/or headaches.

@TrueHookahKing I GOT A QUESTION PLEASE!....first of all i love your videos, second you mentiond you have A.D.D., so this meens you are hyper active. so...when i would smoke in high school i knew a guy who had A.D.D and when he would smoke a pure Sativa strain he would get the same efect from were everyone els would smoke a Indica strain...so in essence it would work backwords for him opposed to all of the other smoker dudes...does this apply to you at all?

@suchadambidiot never happened to me man. I use sativa to help me concentrate, it doesnt put me to sleep, I use indica to sleep. That is strange he has the opposite, either he is smoking a grip, or he has adhd which in that case I can see it helping his concentration, but sativa encourages activity, so that is strange. He would want to use indica to control the hyper activity.

these two videos have been verry helpfull in proving my point to my friend (he actualy hangs out with me more often when i smoke). he doesn't try to one up me any more eather which is a huge plus and for this i thank you and am verry greatfull for it. you truly are the hookah king

@rockergarrett you get headaches due to dehydration. smoke dehydrates you. drink water or other liquids while smoking. the headache is often name 'hookah hangover'
