  • @10dollarHUG This is pretty simple. In the Search box on the top just type: 'magic font' (without quotes of course) and you will see my video where I show more cool stuff you can do.

  • Wouldn't you want to include an "else if" statement after your connection state so that if the connection was lost during use of the app the client would know?

  • HI drew4663, you are right about that. It is always better to use else-if statements and this video I made just to demonstrate the connection to db.

  • Hi there, your video is asome, i have to connect a form from vb.net to a sql server, we currently have Win 2003 and XP in our work environment. i cant connect to the server, because the database is in a share filder and it says that is prohibited!!! - any ideas what should i do. we have 25 to 30 computers logged to the server. THANKS!
