They work fine but when they go wrong it's really horribly wrong. I never had a problem with my device till I updated my TomTom home 2.5 to 2.7. I then went to update my device and now it won't start up. The customer service told me to Format it which I did but after backing it up. I did this but the updater always cancels the update due to earlier failure. TomTom customer service can't help me. It's my third and probably my last TomTom.
