This is a very rare ad for Universal's Island of Adventure theme park in Orlando, Florida back when it launched in 1999. Cool stuff!

  • Will the Spider-Man ride and the other rides based on Marvel Comics characters will stayed in Unversal Parks? Since because Disney bought Marvel Comics on August 31st, 2009 dunno if they're the Marvel rides are moving to the Disney Parks or staying at Universal Parks. They may have new Marvel rides at the Disney Parks and still have the ones at Universal.

  • @AntiVenom36 They will stay, yes. Disney said they will honor the things that are put in place like this. Thankfully, too. Cause I love all the Marvel at USF.

  • This may be scary, but the somthing bothering right now, HOW DID SPIDERMAN AND DR.OCTOPUS GET ON OUTSIDE THE PLAIN?

  • @ThoGunArm LOL. That's actually a great question. XD

  • this was way better and more epic than the spiderman 2 movie itself.

  • @MrIamabitch Personally, I think it's hard to top the train sequence in SM2. That was epic to me.

  • taking by babe pig in the city vhs

  • twilight zone

  • How the f*** did the kid not see Spider-Man and Doc Ock earlier?! Also, how would doc ock not fall off with out sticking his tenticles into the wing?! I understand Spider-Man can stay on, but not Doc ock!

  • I remember I would rent the movie babe pig in the city all the time just to watch this at the beginning.

  • So the kid gives Spiderman a little nod like "Go ahead. Throw Doc Ock to his death. I won't ever tell anyone."

  • @Fudgebudger I think so too. USF does have some rides and attractions based on movies that aren't made or distributed by Universal Pictures. The Disney Parks started to have some rides and attractions that are not based on any of Disney films like Star Wars, Indiana Jones and coming soon, Avatar.

  • Lol at them fighting on the back of the ride...

  • when I was a little kid, I always wanted to go to USO to see TAAS this summer, I am finally going! Can't wait
