Well in Other M she says that Adam was the closest thing she ever had to a father, so the whole Chozo rescuing her, infusing her with their blood and making her a power suit thing is pretty much left out...

@tmsvividvideo8010 closest thing they've got to that would be Metroid: Zero Mission.

They mention her a few times in the Lore in Metroid Prime, if I remember correctly. Just subtle hints, not about how they raised her, but how she would become a savior or something to that effect. Zero Mission shows stuff from when she was a kid, through adolescence, etc.
