Hi Bhavna,

How long can you store this mawa if made it in advance of preparing burfi if you refrigerate it. I had made the burfi before one month and at that time I made the mawa bit in excess....My kid n hubby just loved your recipe so planning to make it again..... can I still use the old mawa or my burfi won't turn out good?

When it comes to dairy product, I prefer to use them within a week. So just trash the old mawa and make fresh for better taste and health.

Hi Bhavna, I made the mango burfi today and it turned out really good.... Thanxs for the recipe. I think I would like it to be little more sweet.... So if I want to add sugar then which is the right time to add it through out the process of making it? Please let me know...

Hi

You have to add in your pulp so that sugar becomes like syrup while you boil your mango pulp.
