-
@NMTB77 Yep punk was born in new york! Fuck you english thieving bastards
-
God they are so much better with Glen Matlock on bass. Sid was useless.
-
@nicknameSGB so why is he a hypocrite if he already liked hippies and their music? Hes more contradictory than anything.
-
@katoness Yep punk was just a reaction anyway, a reaction against the hippies - Johnny liked Hawkwind before he joined the Sex Pistols and if you listen to Hawkwind LP "Warrior on the Edge of TIme" released in 1975 some of it sounds a bit punky and that wasn't deliberate.

green day was great in the 90s. duuno what the fucks happened to them now tho
-
@nicknameSGB sure punks are just angry hippies. Probably why he liked her.

@Hellpartyboy2009 you can't say that. GD is great, it's just different because the band was created 15 years later and the History of the group is different. you can't say that without arguments
if i could go back in time it be to see this gig and chat to the people in the audience. that be so cool!

glen matlock was a wicked bassist i still dont understand all that "it didnt matter if sid could play coz he looked cool" thats just stupid even more so gettin rid of the bloke who was a massive part of the writin process. sid just looked like a twat for the time he was in the pistols
