HAHA yea I know how those LS1's are on top end.... I was just kind of comparing your car to mine a little bit lol. With just a K&N drop in filter I went 8.83@80.5 13.71@100.3 w/ 2.10 60' on dunlop winter sports at Rockingham Dragway. After my x-pipe and mufflers I only went 8.87@80.3 last week w/ it 90 and humid as hell out and a worse 60' so did you ever do the 4v swap to your car???

Nope just put a 2v back in. :) I think a tune is whats holding our cars back. Rockingham? I've wanted to go there and I will once I get my brakes fixed and new tires on. So before the end of summer. Maybe we could meet up and run. My buddy in the Lt1 wants to race again. :)

haha. I can't quite beat an LS1 but they are surprised when I pull ahead in 1st. :) but then...well you know how LS1's have top end covered... :(

Well the car in the video is a 2001 Mustang GT. So..they should be close. :)

hay my dad just got a new engine for his mustang but its doesn't have that same punch it used to like the old one he said it was because it was a seasoned motor since he bought it in 99 but now it has a small hole in the catalytic converter , and after it has 3,000+ on the motor, it still to me feels weak,as far as get up , whats the best mod that will help a new h pipe with cats or just replace the whole exhaust?

HAHA I don't know if that LT1 will want any ;) but yea I think the tunes (or lack of) is holding our cars back. How far are you from Rockingham? I live in Lynchburg, Virginia and it's a 3 hr drive for me. Right now I'm in school in PA so it'll be a little harder but still doable it planned right. Do you have an idea of when exactly you would want to go?
