  • very hard--

  • dear Jerimia. A small question: Please watch you own Video (again) and tell me, what you do to let the lips flutter, when your cheeks stay full or stay flat? Might be the tongue pushing?

  • Jerimiah,

I have made a couple PVC Didg's. I haven't found the sweet spot yet. I feel after 3 -4 days practice I am improving with each session. I am unclear on how each person as a beginner, finds or makes the right size mouth piece for himself. I think your could have a great Didgeridoo but if its the wrong mouth piece it will never sound right?

  • After watching lot's of vid's the last 2 days here I think yours is best for me for getting that CB, I'm already very close to it, even though I just started 2 days ago on a selfmade bamboo!

Thanks for your detailed explanation. I love the aspect of the healing and relaxed my dogs already with the sweet spot. Can't wait to learn more ;*)))

Thank you sooo much, big hugs from Germany!!!

PS. Any other beginners around Cologne here???

  • @harley59riding i have the same problem. i have had mine a couple of days and have droning down, but doing these two steps at the same time is hard.

  • Thanks for the excellent tutorial ! A pleasure to watch, really like the way you explain stuff.

I always thought it would be extremely hard, but it really is not. Managed to CB the same day I watched your video (Only a few breaths and I got a bit dizzy, but hey, it felt great!)

Been playing the didge for a few weeks now, and I love it! It really feels like playing :-) Lots of fun experimenting, making weird noises, overtones, etc.

And I really feel more relaxed when I`ve played the didge :-))

  • playing the didge actually increased my trombone playing skills too! I love the didgeridoo!

  • @hotandfilthy

Something that really helped me in the beginning was to take a mouthful of water and slowly squirt it out whilst breathing in through your nose.

  • dude you make it look easy. its really fucking hard.
