Hey Brumby
Victorian teachers would like to dedicate the following song to Premier John Brumby.
Hey Brumby
Hey hey Brumby,
We want to know why you treat us so.
Hey hey Brumby,
We want to know why you treat us so.
Victorian teachers it's kids we serve,
And fair pay is what we deserve.
Your 3.25 is way off the pace,
What an insult -- A bloody disgrace.
(Chorus)
Young teachers have had enough,
You don't care -- Don't give a stuff.
Put 'em on a contract for all to see,
It makes them leave permanently.
(Chorus)
Now Pikey has a new blueprint,
What we think -- Well take this hint.
More bloody work -- No more pay,
Teachers want respect -- starting today.
(Chorus)
