he has a bluesy feel now, but this version and his cd voice both sound great in their own way. i love them both!!! ^___^ :D

I love his voice and old and recent! :) he doesnt have the same amount of control nowadys but who does after been singing so long! rock on elton !!!

Its called getting older...your voice isn't always what it used to be...its worn out from the way he used to sing...but he has adjusted nicely i think to his changing voice.

His voice seems a little horse here......he probably oversang.....and there is terrible backing vocals.......Nigel, or Davey????

i think it gets better
i think this version sounds better then it did in the 70's
as a matter of fact, i think they all sound better then they did back hen =)
