In order to get a visa from the US consulates in Mexico you have to show prove of income, financial support, a property, and bank statement. In other words, the only people who can afford to have a visa are tourists (or drug dealers). If you do not believe, call the American consulates.

No no no no. I do not believe that children should be in a prison, but at the same time, there are legal ways to enter the US. Believe whatever you want, but it is a crime to cross a border illegally, period. All the US wants to do is try to keep track of who's here and make sure that they're paying taxes to the country that's helping them. That's why immigrants need documentation. My family were immigrants and had to go through the same process as everyone else.
