Yeah, the cute little guy or gal is an eastern cottontail rabbit. I had unfortunately made the same mistake in the videos title on the video itself so I had decided to leave everything everything as is.

I'll add a note to the video description. Thanks for the heads up anyway.

wild hares or rabbit don't like humans they see them as predators.

Thanks. I still see them from time to time in the backyard. One of 'em was hanging around when the buck visited me a few days back.
