Single and double 12kg kettlebell training with Hannah Brownridge. Form is maybe not as tight as it could be at the beginning of the first clean(s) on the right hand when it creeps too high, almost going over the shoulder and maybe the same with the first couple of doubles, as Hannah acknowledges, but as she settles in, and towards the end, the set becomes smooth, powerful and controlled. 24kg with a bodyweight of 68kg (35%). Good effort!
Her double set is practice for the Heavy Kettlebell Challenge - 5 double swing, 5 double clean and 5 double clean and jerk.
Hi doro19, thanks for your comment. This video is Hannah's first ever set with a pair of 12kg bells and although not perfect, for a first time it is pretty good. Please could you post me a link to your videos so that I may compare your form and technique? Thankyou.
