You clearly wouldnt know what a Celt is, you accept mainstream history and believe the Celts where savages until the Romans "civilised us" this is far from the truth. There is heaps of proof to show the celts were an advanced people from the ancient roads, to the stone structures, preventing the invasion of the area's today know as Wales, Scotland and Ireland and being the first christian nation in ad 179 under King Lucius.

How about a catholic?
St Augustine:
"In the Westem confines of Bntain, there is a certain royal island of large extent, sunounded by water, abounding in all the beauties of nature and necessities of life. In it the first neophytes of catholic (universal) law, God beforehand acquainting them, found a church constructed by no human art, but by the hands of Christ Himself, for the salvation of His people."
Getting a big pissed off run out of ammunition?

You woldn't know what a Celt was even if you did take off your blinkers.

Why would I care what an English M.P. & an Orange bigot like Ussher has to say you twit?A single Church in Glastonbury being ancient means F.A.If it was not for Colmcille,St.Aidan et al you mob would still be painting your faces & burning books. You are an anachronistsic ignorant bigot that lives in a multicultural immigrant nation yet belongs nowhere.Your precious Uk now has the lowest rate of religious observance in Europe-that is what has become of your has-been self deluded WASP world .

Sources Please?
Sir Henry Spelman:
It is certain Britain received the faith in the first age from the first sowers of the Word. Of all the Churches whose origin I have investigated in Britain, the Church at Glastonbury is the most ancient.
Archbishop Ussher:
The British National Church was founded A.D. 36, 160 years before heathen Rome confessed Christianity. The Mother Church of the British Isles is the Church in Insula Avallonia, called by the Saxons, Glaston.

Run out of facts? Catholics still cannot accept the fact that Jesus or the Apostles did not start Catholicism and that it was really Constantine a pagan, perhaps this is the reason why catholicism is riddled with pagan riturals? Yes its very hilarious that our nations are falling to all types of satanism prophecies particually in the book of revelations is happening. I live in Australia an Anglo-celtic nation with the union jack on our flag.

Nice one mate, point proven!Patrick did not introduce Christinaity to Ireland or establish the ancient Celtic Church but nothing predates 'Romanism'.We have always been around & despite your best efforts we always have been.Don't you think it hilarious that the largest practising denomination in the Uk is now Catholic closely followed by Muslim!?...Papes & immigrants over-running WASPs in their own-downward spiralling backyard!!And you do not even live in the place either.......

Palladius was around in 408ad Christianity was established in Britian around 37ad with the comming of Joseph Of Arimathea who built the worlds first above ground Church out of wattle if the ancient historians are right.
The Prophet Jerimiah was in Ireland around 580bce.
Peter was sent to rome to allow paul Preach to the gentiles and from there sent to the British Isles.
Read: Matthew 10:5-6 to find out why they were sent to the isles of the sea as describe in: Isa. 49:12; Jer. 3:18

I do know that Irish Christianity comes out of British Christianity and Predates Romanism. British Christianity has been confirmed by thousands of ancient Historians and catholic saints.
Eusebius. A.D. 260-340. 'The Apostles passed beyond the ocean to the isles called the Britannic Isles'.
Tertullian. A.D. 155-222. 'The extremities of Spain, the various parts of Gaul, the regions of Britain which have never been penetrated by Roman arms have received the religion of Christ'
I think its a disgrace that St Patrick's Day is enthusiastically supported by councils in this country and St. George's Day isn't... it is almost frowned upon. Some schools ban children wearing England badges because they say it might be considered racist by Muslims and foreigners... As Protestants, we don't glorify saints - but England needs its own national day and its own Parliament Now!

Sub, if you were offended, then I apologise, it was never my intention to offend someone who reads books about stuff that happened ages ago. Well done on your moderately successful business and well done for using the word 'perjorative' you obviously have a fine grasp of the Queen's English, or maybe you looked Pikey's up in Wikipedia and that's what they come up with:)
