Anger led everything I did. Seeing that pattern and how it hurts people—I came in to work on that. What I found is that the backdrop to my every action, all day, was self-judgment, and assuming others were judging me too. I created a wall to protect myself against them. Awareness was the biggest "ah-ha" of the whole experience. And now... I'm willing to be present, vulnerable, and accessible—all the things I was afraid to be before.

her personality is more like an 8, but 8s don't tend to struggle with judgment. really they don't even think about it most of the time.

she doesnt sound like a 1. She reminds me more of 8 and some 3 / 7. I'm a 1 myself.

I'm a type 1 and a really relate to what she has said. I thought I was a type 6 for a while because of my issues with anxiety. And I really hope that it's still going well for her with that guy she met. It's really hard for us type 1s to allow ourselves to be vulnerable and from what she said she seems to be able to do that with they guy she met so I hope it's still going well for her and she realises that she doesn't need to be "perfect" all the time because she's fine the way she is :)
