I try to do this at least once a week to keep my tendons strong for rock climbing. I'm shooting for 10 seconds each hold, but clearly counting too fast =/. I've been promising a vid with one finger pull ups for a long time but its not quite where I want it to be. Hopefully with this training and campus board work I'll get there by the end of the summer.
