Filipinos would make Bread Pudding (Tagalog: Puding) when the bread has only a day left from its expiration date. Bread Pudding would last for 3 more days. And it taste better even if it's plain.

Bread Pudding also comes in lots of flavors like Banana (it's actually the exact same way we make banana cake), lemon, cherry, apple or whatever flavor you like, but don't forget to mash them. you can also put raisins if you want.
