It would be nice to see some success stories with people who are older and really fat. You can get results on every diet when you are young. Getting middle age and older people healthy and strong is the real proof. So far I don't see anything new in this other than using a new version of a low carb lifestyle combined with exercise. No new discoveries in this 'product'

@nieceyarnett The swing does in fact work the biceps, but not the triceps. Make sure when you do it your arms hold the weight like limp noodles, so that your hips do all the work. Just holding the kettle-bell will work your biceps. Actually the 2 handed swing is also great for injury prevention (just make sure you learn how to do it right!)
