@Hoschi0913 I specifically stated that it can't be a city sanctioned volunteer program, I asked for a link, and I asked for an article from the Arizona State Statutes, so of course I'm keeping my damn money. Just wanted to see if you were going to admit on your own what an idiot you are.

Civilians who work for the Gilbert Police Department can now issue citations, once an action reserved for sworn officers, as well as investigate traffic accidents.
Civilian Patrol Assistants are not police officers but are paid workers of the department and go through training,they are unarmed and often respond to incidents such as traffic accidents.
Other agencies have similar programs for civilians.

@Hoschi0913 If you can give me a link to the laws of your City or State which contain a relevant article stating that civilians are allowed to write traffic tickets for sworn Law Enforcement Officers at the Municipal, State or Federal level, or even other civilians, I will personally wire $100 into your PayPal account. Also, it can't be one of these City sanctioned volunteer programs, needs to state any Joe Shmoe can write a legally binding citation on another individual.
