    Nope. It's an 18650 and Amazon has them for about $15, and of course it's rechargeable.

    Meh @ the nextorch,which uses a GUI. Dragging and dropping the light levels isn't really "programming" it.

    This flashlight (I got mine from the kickstarter) is programmable in C using Arduino software. It's got an ATMega168 chip in it.
