@DaveSauerkraut Most of the hieroglyphics and inscriptions you're referring to depict the Egyptians from a side-ways perspective. Therefore the only way to accurately portray a nose would be by having it appear as a point on the face; it's simple art. The ancient Egyptians were no Michelangelo, they drew basic representations of the human anatomy.
@DaveSauerkraut If you're referring to Ancient Hieroglyphics than most of the inscriptions represent the "Kemet" as having predominantly African features. Most of the major depictions of Ancient Egyptian rulers have there noses and mouths blown off. Every Egyptian monument or symbolic image of the Ancient Egyptians have always been Afro-centric.
