Aha... I'm 16 and still haven't dared to use a tampon -_-;; I'm such a wuss... haha I get that from my mom.. shes too scared to use one and made it sound so bad when I was 12. Well, if you can't feel it and its effective then hell, I'm switching. Thanks for this vid too~ I didn't wanna watch an actual tutorial <.< I don't wanna look at another girl's vagina. Haha I never even bothered to learn till now ;P

This was really helpful. I'd been using pads and i hate how they feel. But I'm scared if tampons will hurt. Also I'm a virgin. So i dont know how sex feels. :(

Uhmm, thanks. I'm 12 and have had my period for like a year, but I joined the swim team 2 weeks ago...I'm NOOTTT gonna run the risk of a pad coming up in the water. This really helped. Thank you so much for making this.

That's really helpful

uhh swimming with pads is not the best idea. when you're in the water you aren't going to bleed out at all. the pad is going to get soaked and it's a little unsanitary if you haven't got a new one in. i have swum on my period without pads or tampons and as long as you deal with it right after you get out, you're fine :)

This is not for virgins
Tampons has nothing to do with sex :)
Tampons will hurt though if you dont't push it in deep enough, if you put in a tampon and it feels uncomfortable then just use your finger to push it in, or just take it out and do it all over again.
Hope this helps

For all the girls that are scared to use tampons: Don't be!! They don't hurt at ALL. you can't even feel them inside if you and they're much more sanitary than pads! I use Tampax Pearl. It slides in easily and again, you can't even feel it!

@xXxlibbybethxXx The advantages of Tampons over rule pads by alot. To me, pads are like a diaper. Tampons stay in one place and are way more comfortable then pads, you don't even feel it. And you can also go swiming instead of sitting in the chairs and watch everyone else swim. Cramps are horrible, but taking some midol or pamprin and drinking lots of water will help out, placing a pillow or a heating pad on your tummy can help too :) I hope this video helps. -RurikoRedemption.
