@nips4u1 when i first git my indian ringneck the bird didnt want to be stepping up but a found a good corner of my house and told it to step up because it doesnt have anywhere to go

The bird shown with the plucked feathers is an umbrella cockatoo, when these birds pluck their feathers its usually because of stress or loosing a mate. Most likely she got this bird from an abusive owner or someone else because I couldn't imagine her mistreating her birds. She seems like a nice lady.
