An Indonesian teenager has launched a landmark legal case over abuse she suffered at the hands of her employers.

She was one of an estimated 700 thousand Indonesian children working as domestic servants.

Now a push is underway to change laws, and attitudes, to protect them.

  • Yes it is, but what you gonna do when you have desperate people.

  • Human Rights Watch is a freaking Joke. Yet another bureaucracy whose only goal is to perpetuate their own existence while appearing to actually make a difference.

  • I'm a against underage workers, but if their families are poor, they have no choice !

  • Im against worker abuse. But Im also against restriction of underage workers.

If my family were very poor I would wanna be able to work even if I was only 10 years old if that meant my family would be able to eat.

  • This is just sad ,humans r just meat for monsters
