I can tell you one thing. Theres really no honor in fighting an illegal war. Just makes you look like a villian. Reguardless of what you think your doing is right or not.

BRAVO!! These 2 men make Nixon & Kissenger look like saints. And yet NOTHING is done.
And why? My Bet is because Madame Speaker has a skeleton or two in her closet and is scared Witless that Bush\Cheney\Rove etc will unearth said skeletons as payback if she pushes to hard. She's spineless.

how people eating MacDonalds and using big cars, Iphones and all these bullshits are supposed to make anything right? its not a brain they have, its a TV.

Silence is complicity

Righteous. Well said, well spoken, well, what more can be said. Except that Conyers knows he will also be found complicit in the crimes & the cover-up. Only reason I can deduce of the reticence to impeach.

Ive posted
"CIRCULATE! impeachforpeace org"
hundreds of times. Common response:
Why waste tax dollars when their term ends in a few months?
With our constitutional rights being systematically eliminated, how are we to trust all to proceed according to plan. Google COG constitutional
Obama reserves impeachment for grave breaches. What's he waiting for? Lots of people are losing heart. He STRESSES that change is up to the people, so GET ONBOARD! Don't play dead or you might wish you were.

Taboo - screw Party! support America.

I called every dmocratic member of the House Judiciary Committee when I heard about Rep. Kucinich's bill.
I never got to speak with a single rep. but I told them all to pass my comment on.
We all must call- everyday. We have responisibilies, as citizens, in a democracy. We all are responsible for our leaders actions and we must stand up. If we do not try to stop these activities no one will. We are all responsible and we must all act!

Conyers wrote a book about impeachment?
Well he may know a lot about it but he is unwilling to pursue it. The entire democratic party has failed (except Kucinich).
Brilliant commentary, John. I've heard all of these arguments myself ("it's too late" or "we Democrats will just lose the election"). Stunning, really.
My elderly mother says we shouldn't impeach Bush/Cheney because it will just start a cycle of political "revenge" that will drag on and on.
As if that is somehow worse than allowing lying, torturing, and murdering to be seen as acceptable by the next administration.
As if possible political fallout were worse than the death of democracy.

Thanks alphasimian. Stunning to say the least. So many have no clue what's at stake. They just want to be left alone with their creature comforts, not to be bothered by any uncomfortable reality. They've forgotten that WE THE PEOPLE are the leaders - the ones in Washington work for US. Citizenship in a free country comes with the ever-present responsibility to be vigilant about maintaining the integrity and accountability of our system of government. It's not ALL about politics. WAKE UP PEOPLE!

Isn't it obvious, John? Your beloved party of cowards has just as much accountability to these so called "impeachable offenses" as the current executive admin. They won't move on this because they all know it.
Kucinich, the poor soul, is just grandstanding, throwing a fit because he didn't get the nomination.
So go ahead, pull your head out of your ass and don that tin foil hat.

My "beloved party"? Looks like you need to pay closer attention, panetrain. I am not a democrat. Never have been, never will be. My channel description has made this clear since the day I put it up more than a year ago. You will not get an argument from me about the complicity of Dems in Washington. Leadership for sure, and most of their subordinates. Kucinich is not grandstanding. He's honoring his oath. Something you're clearly unfamiliar with. Good luck in your search for a clue.

I apologize for associating you with the Dems. I did not do my homework!
Funny you mention the word "oath." I honored my oath to this great nation by serving in her armed forces. I did my part in this new war. I served with honor. Tell me, John, what did you do in our country's hour of need?
I would like to know who you plan to vote for this November.
panetrain 3 years ago
I'm doing it every day. Trying to energize people to stand up and honor their responsibility as citizens of this country by demanding accountability from and for our elected officials. Especailly the ones who lied us into the illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq and continue to lie every day that it continues. Glad you made it back. Too many haven't. Don't know who I'll vote for. But I can say without a doubt that it WILL NOT be McCain OR Obama.
