Salam ælæyküm
My video is for inspiration to those who lose hope, to those who don't know what to do. To those who get frightened by the thoughts of being radical. Well, Iran has always been a very strict country, and if they could, (and not only COULD they, they did -fought and won!) Then I don't see why anyone will believe that they cannot. Stop fearing your governments. Together and collected we are invincible.

The Iranian people went through a revolution in the 70's. It was a long and hard fight against a system swallowed by western and American culture. In February 1979 the regime of the Shah of Iran was overthrown. During this time until 1982, Iran was in a "revolutionary crisis mode". Its economy and the apparatus of government had collapsed. Military and security forces were in disarray. But by 1982 Khomeini and his supporters had crushed the rival factions and consolidated power. Elements that played a part in both the crisis and its end were the Iran Hostage Crisis, the invasion of Iran by Saddam Hussein's Iraq, and the presidency of Abolhassan Banisadr. On March 30 and 31 a referendum was held over whether to replace the monarchy with an "Islamic Republic" — a term not defined on the ballot. Supporting the vote and the change were the Islamic Republican Party, Iran Freedom Movement, National Front, Muslim People's Republican Party, and Tudeh party. Urging a boycott were the National Democratic Front, Fadayan, and several Kurdish parties. Khomeini called for a massive turnout and most Iranians supported the change. Following the vote, the government announced that 98.2% had voted in favor and Khomeini declaring the result a victory of "the oppressed ... over the arrogant."

AND i have to say about this too; the american hostages during this revolution was a true changing point to the whole revolution; I guess, Sometimes people have to do what they have to do. That's how it goes.

  • @NobelMan1000 *Applauds*

    Great comment ! Thank you!

  • Hundreds of women are stoned to death every way simply for having affairs, sometimes for beeing raped. I dont understand how such an emotional and empathic person like you BabyG, whatever your political ideology might be can make a tribute to islamic fascist dictatorships like the one in Iran. Simply because they oppose USA they are the good guys? You have a huge intellectual blind spot for anything which is antiamerican, it is actually pretty sad because I know you are a girl with a big hearth.

  • @makro120 Iagree, I might have a blind spot for everything anti american.

  • is this outlandish?

  • @iranianbasiji Yea, EVERY Iranian does, even you asshole :D

  • @persiandudeee no we dont, shut the fuck up. dont speak for 70million people

  • and besides, the 'melat' you are talking about have been screaming their slogans, so you dont need to say it for them. the only slogans they speak of is nothing to do with what you say.

the 'melat' love their leader, the 'melat' love their country. you are in no position to say they dont. i dont care if you dont believe me.i dont care if you call me names. i stand up to justice and the truth. i dont know what you do.

  • @NazieEftekhari lol.what makes you think that my name is fake? that was the joke of the century!

you call my messages nasty? fine, lets say my messages are nasty, are you blind to the nasty ACTIONS going on in the world? have you ever tried to stop lying to yourself? i dont care if im not known to be brave andneither do i care if you think im lying, because frankly, i dont even know you.but if someone was to be unjust to the innocent, i stand up and i speak! its what i do! and its what i follow!

  • @313hoda You are so brave you hide behind a fake name and leave lies and nasty messages on the internet for mothers trying to help poor sick Iranian children. You, my friend, are neither brave, nor an Iranian. "Brave" shows his face and uses his/her name, like I do. Iranian does not stand by & watch other Iranians get beaten & dragged away to be tortured. Khahesh mikonam be da'ad melat beresed. Sepasgozaram.

  • WE IRANIANS ARE BRAVE BECAUSE ISLAM HAS MADE US BRAVE! ISLAM GIVES US THE MEANING OF PEACE, JUSTICE AND COURAGE! WITHOUT ISLAM WE ARE NOTHING!

  • IRAN IS A FREE NATION...PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO FREE THIS NATION FROM BEING FREE!

  • Every Iranian regrets this event.
