@walkerCPT The 12 inch vinyl is on Boy George's label, More Protein (UK) from 1994, PROT 101. It's titled, "Change Your Mind" Evolution and Dis-Cuss mixes by Eve Gallagher. BTW, the back cover photo is absolutely an gorgeous of her.

@SimonW This is from the vinyl 12 inch single, "Change Your Mind" (1994 More Protein, Boy George's record label). This is the "Evolution Extended Mix. Altogether, there are four mixes on this vinyl, two by Dis-Cuss and two by Evolution. IMHO, this is the best of the lot. Actually, the song goes on for a few seconds longer on the vinyl.
