This is a recording of Judge David Freundlich's prized Law Guardian. She was "supposed" to be looking after my Grand Daughter's safety/best interests. She came to my house to "inspect" 3 times (all 3 visits were audio/video recorded) but she probably NEVER inspected wher my Grand Daughter was living & "if" she did, WHY WAS MY GRAND DAUGHTER MALTREATED BY BEING KEPT IN A DANGEROUS, DANK CELLAR FOR WELL OVER A YEAR!!!!!! In my oppinion she is a child stealing/selling dishonest, UNSCRUPULOUS, Evil Woman!!!

In my oppinion, most of the individuals involved in this case with my Grand Daughter are "Racketeers" meaning they are those who commits crimes for profit (especially one who obtains money by fraud or extortion example......stealing/selling American children)

As far as CPS goes, thats another joke. Only problem is that there is nothing funny about this whole situation. Does the judge know about this? What has he done about it? There is something very wrong here!!!

I just feel that if the "law guardials role" is to look out for the well being of the child, she should have known the child was being kept in a cellar in the first place and have taken the neccecary steps to remove her from that situation immediatly! However she did not have the case workers contact information and clearly never did a visit to the home where the child was placed. If I were her, I wouldent want this coversation posted either. I think you should go to the BARR association.

It is a good possability that the law guardian is the one who responded. Who ever it was created the account with the sole purpose of responding. Lets face it, There are some major questions about this phone call!

1)Why did the law guardian need to ask the name and number of the ACS worker in queens who was handling the case? Dont you think if she was actually doing her job , she should have known this information and already been in contact with her?

IntergovCoord must have a strong interest in having these files removed. I have to wonder why!! Could it be because they are involved in the case and dont want this damaging evidence avalible for the public to see? I cant understand why they would take the time to respond and quote this law other then to try and intimidate the poster into removing the files. I feel like if there were any questions about wrongfull doing in this case, IntergovCoord just answered them..
