"This is the album I have wanted to do for a long time, ever since I saw a program on television called Bringing It All Back Home. It gave a great insight into the link between Irish Traditional music and the roots of traditional country music in America. How may Irish emigrants travelled to America with their fiddles, banjos, accordions and whistles where their music and style began to influence the beginnings of what is know today as American Country Music. It is an album I am very proud of and pleased with"
